🪷9am: Soulful Strength: A one hour class that focuses on the main platforms of strength and stability in the human form. Each week we will focus on a specific part of the body that is foundational to the health of our functional movement. We will limber, strengthen, and gently stretch these target areas while creating a little heat and challenge so you come away feeling strong and accomplished in your physical health goals. All levels welcome. The practice will be adaptable to all bodies and abilities.
🪷10:30am: Soulful Unwind: A 1.5 hour class that delves into the subtlety of held tension and unconscious patterns that we have created in the body through our fast-paced, over-stimulated, modern lifestyles. The goal is to become aware of and friendly to these patterns so that we can unwind and de-condition that which isn't serving our highest selves. Class will conclude with gentle breath practice and space to sit with quiet, present, awareness. All abilities welcome.

🪷6pm: Stiff & Sturdy: Tension headaches? Hips and back so sore it keeps you from getting a good night's sleep? Chronically tight forearms, shoulders, neck? I feel ya! I am so excited to share a practice for the not-necessarily-into-yoga people out there that just need some relief from bodies that are constantly working too hard! Let's just breathe, relax, and get a little natural high off of releasing tension from the body, shall we?
