From Sports Monday, Tacky Tuesday, Aloha Wednesday, and Throwback Thursday, every moment was a celebration of our wonderful team, staff, residents, and community. Nursing Week has arrived, and here are some snapshots from our celebration! We want to extend a huge thank you to all our nursing staff for their dedication to improving the lives of our residents. The residents even created thank you cards, with special thanks to Kaitlyn for volunteering her supplies and support.

The Week's lineup so far:

Monday: Wawa's Breakfast and Ice Cream, along with heartfelt thank you cards created by the residents.
Tuesday: Taco Bar—because who doesn't love tacos? 🌮
Wednesday: Inspirational Candy Jar to add some sweetness and motivation.
Thursday: A delicious lunch from Olive Garden. Yummy indeed! 🍝
Thank you to everyone who made this week so memorable. We couldn't do it without you!

We enjoyed a memorable Black History Month luncheon filled with trivia and delicious food! Did you know? Black History Month was first celebrated in February 1970. It was a fantastic opportunity to honor the rich heritage and achievements of the Black community. 🍽️✊

The Activities Department hosted a special Valentine's Dinner for our residents, complete with a screening of the movie "Twilight" during dinner. 🌹❤️ It was a fantastic evening filled with warmth and coziness. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, creating a truly memorable experience for everyone. We're so glad to have shared this wonderful time with all of you! 🍽️🎬

Yesterday, we had a blast celebrating the Super Bowl LVIII at our football gathering! 🏈 Residents enjoyed taking prop photos and indulging in sweets, salsa, dip, and drinks. The atmosphere was electric as residents cheered for their favorite teams and had a fantastic time watching the game. We're grateful to have shared such a memorable evening with them! 🎉
