Y’all need to SAVE this recipe!
It’s a 10/10 🤤

🍔 Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Taquitos With Big Mac Sauce 🍔

• 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked
• 2 Tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 bacon crumbles
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 Tbsp green onion, diced
• salt & pepper (or seasoning of choice)

• Mix all together.
• Take 2 CutDaCarb flatbread and cut into 4 smaller rectangles – making 8 pieces.
• Spread a small amount of cream cheese on the long side of each flatbread piece (this will seal them once rolled up). Spread the hamburger mixture along the opposite side and roll up each taquito.
• Fry in 1/2 inch of avocado oil until golden

BIG MAC SAUCE:
• 2 Tbsp mayo
• 2 Tbsp sugar free ketchup
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tsp diced dill pickle
• a sprinkle of onion powder & paprika.

LOW CARB BROCCOLI SALAD WITH BACON
(Recipe By : LAUREN)
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
5 cups fresh broccoli
5 slices bacon chopped and cooked
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sunflower seeds.

Keto pizza was a win with the Hubby❤️
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons of cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup almond flour
1 egg
garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed herbs for seasoning *see notes
Steps
Put Mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium bowl microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 min, stir and then another 30 sec, stir.
Stir in egg and almond flour until the dough is combined.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Wet hands and spread the dough thin on parchment paper. It should spread evenly with dough-like consistency.
Poke rows of holes with a fork to avoid bubbles.
Put in 425-degree oven
After 8 minutes check the crust and poke holes if there are bubbles.
Add desired pizza toppings.
Continue cooking for a total of 12 to 14 minutes or until slightly brown and golden

I MAKE LAST NIGHT KETO CABBAGE CASSEROLE 🥬 This recipe does not contain spoon
📝INGREDIENT:
1 pound ground beef or turkey, browned and drained.
1 small onion, diced. 1/2 head of cabbage chopped into medium chunks (roughly 3 cups).
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies (undrained).
1 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. salt and pepper to taste.
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or colby jack is our favorite). Bacon ( optional )

Keto Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CHICKEN FILLING
4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
4 ounces cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can mild green chiles
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
GREEN CHILE ENCHILADA SAUCE
1 (15 ounce) can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
8 ounces sour cream
YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
Between 10-12 small low carb Tortillas for rolling (corn, or flour if not low carb)
1 cup shredded cheddar for the topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions and green chiles. Set the bowl aside.
To make the enchilada sauce combine the green chile enchilada sauce and sour cream. Whisk until smooth.
Next, grease a 7x11 casserole dish and add about 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce to the bottom of the pan. This will be a thin layer, just enough to lightly cover the bottom of the baking dish.
To assemble the enchiladas, spoon the chicken mixture into a tortilla and tightly roll Lay the enchilada seam side down.
Repeat until all the chicken mixture has been used.
Top the rolls with the remaining enchilada sauce, top with the shredded cheese and bake 25 minutes until golden brown

KETO PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE BARS
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CRUST
8 tablespoons, melted butter
1 1/4 cups almond flour
2 tablespoons confectioners Monkfruit or Swerve sweetener
PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE
2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup confectioners Monkfruit or Swerve sweetener
2 eggs
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE TOPPING
1/2 cup Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
4 tablespoons butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchent paper or foil.
To make the crust combine the melted butter, almond flour, confectioners sweetener and vanilla extract. The dough will be very buttery and wet, press it into the pan, making sure you get it all the way to the edges.
Bake the crust 7 minutes. The crust should be very lightly browned and just begining to set. Allow it to cool COMPLETELY.
To make the cheesecake combine the cream cheese, sweetener, egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract with an electric mixer. Beat the filling until it is completely combined and light and creamy.
Spread the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-33 minutes or until the cheesecake has set. Cool the cheesecake completely.
For the chocolate topping combine the melted butter and sugar free chocolate chips, stir until the chocolate has melted and is smooth. You can do this in a microwaveable bowl, a double boiler, or small saucepan over low heat. Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled cheesecake and tip the pan back and forth so it covers it completely. Allow the cheesecake to cool at least 2 hours
