Please welcome Grace Whitten, LMT 🌼

Grace is a Licensed Massage Therapist, with a passion for holistic healing + deep relaxation. She was born + raised in Richmond, Virginia. She spent her summers in Virginia Beach before moving to Denver, Colorado, to attend the Colorado School of Healing Arts, where she graduated in 2015. Grace lived + worked out west for nearly a decade, refining her craft + deepening her approach to integrative wellness.

Grace specializes in full-body massage focused on deep relaxation + has advanced training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, Prenatal, Essential Oils, + TMJD massage.

Outside of the studio, Grace loves being in nature—whether it’s on the beach, in the water, or running through the mountains. When she’s not outdoors, she enjoys live music, spending time with friends, or cooking big family meals at home. 🏔️ 🎵 🌊

Guided by her lifelong passion for healing, Grace strives to help each client find harmony between mind, body, + spirit through her nurturing + intuitive approach to massage therapy.

Warm welcome to our new Wellness Coordinator 👋

Hatty is honored to be part of the Nirvana community, where wellness + healing come together. Originally from Germany, she moved to the U.S. in 2020 + has since dedicated herself to living with purpose, positivity, + balance. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands firsthand the power of self-care, mindfulness, + inner strength. Her journey has inspired her to help others find peace, hope, + confidence in their own healing + growth. ☮️ 🧘

When she’s not at the studio, Hatty enjoys pottery, cooking, + spending time in nature with her little dog, Franklin. She is grateful to be part of this beautiful space and looks forward to connecting with everyone at Nirvana. 🐕

Molly recently moved to VA from FL with her Coastguard boyfriend. She is currently pursuing her Associates in Art online + plans to further her education in becoming a Pediatric Nurse! 👩‍⚕️

Molly loves to be near the ocean + prior to moving to Virginia spent all of her spare time on the water. She has a passion for the outdoors, wellness, + personal growth. 🧜🏼‍♀️
