Hey everybody, Dr. Williams here đź‘‹
Let’s talk about another word we often use in relationships: vulnerable.
Now, I get why people use it—but let’s be real. Vulnerable sounds like weakness, exposure, or danger. And no one wants to step into a relationship feeling unsafe or defenseless.
Instead, I encourage men (and all of us) to be courageously honest. đź’ˇ
That means showing up with:
✔️ Truth
✔️ Humility
✔️ Strength—guided by grace
It’s not about being “soft.” It’s about being real.
When we are courageously honest, we create safe spaces where both people can share openly and grow together. That’s the goal.
So tell me—what do you think? Do we need to rethink the word vulnerable in relationships?
