✨ Meet our amazing team! ✨

SiSi Meade is a physical therapist with 20+ years in outpatient sports medicine. A Virginia Tech grad with a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University, she’s built her career helping people move, heal, and feel their best.

Her work has taken her up and down the Southeast—from VA and the Carolinas to GA and CA—but staying active has always been her constant. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her doing yoga or Pilates, kayaking, hiking, boating, or soaking up sunshine on the beach.

🎄 PLEASE NOTE OUR HOLIDAY HOURS! 🎄

To ensure our staff have time to celebrate with family and friends, our hours will be adjusted later this month. The office will be open Christmas Eve, 12/24/25 until 1 PM and closed Christmas Day, 12/25/25 and Friday, 12/26/25. We'll be open on New Year's Eve, 12/31/25, until 1 PM and closed on New Year's Day, 1/1/26. We will have regular hours on Friday, January 2nd.

📢 Calling all Junior Dancers (ages 6-12 year olds)! We'll be hosting a practice for the Admirals Dance Junior Classic. This year, the dance will be holiday themed.

➡️ The performance is open to anyone ages 6-12 and no dance experience required. The Admirals Dance Team will send out a video of the choreography so you can learn at home. Then, we will have a practice where the Admirals Dance Team will teach the dance in person as well.

💃 Dance Practice:
Thursday, December 4th from 6 PM-7:30 PM

🦃 REMINDER: Join us for a FREE TURKEY BURN WORKOUT taking place on Black Friday (11/28/25) @ 10 AM. This family friendly class will be led by our very own Mike Maugeri! Get your sweat on and burn some of those Thanksgiving calories.
