Music to induce shadow work to heal childhood trauma. (Not my idea the word just came to me during a wonderful session with knowledge I learned along the way)

So you know how music makes you nostalgic? Often times you can place where you where the first time you heard it. Can you remember the micro abuses on your psyche. Allow yourself to flow your mind back to that moment in time where you can feel giving out to the song. If you are so inclined, you can now project out of that body and have a full blow conversation with your self during your times of need.! For those less inclined to out of body experiences when you feel yourself in the other time you can give yourself a hug and obtain the same effect! But just so you know while you’re in. That time you are really there.. your body is just here. I.e. OBE
