I rely on my digital calendar to plan ahead, but before I wrap up each day, I handwrite my to-do list for tomorrow. It’s my secret to smoother mornings and staying focused. ✨

Texture Thursday 

Neutral doesn’t mean boring—it means endless possibilities (and yes, I’m that person who gets way too excited over a good beige). In my office, I’ve layered a textured weave rug over warm hardwood floors, a desk with gorgeous wood grain, and wood wall treatments with oversized pin boards to catch all my bursts of inspiration.

I kept it all in my favorite palette—soft, calming neutrals—so the space feels timeless, warm, and ready for big ideas. This is where I dream up and design for others, so it had to feel energizing, grounding, and just a little bit “me.”

A Closet That Feels Like Room Service✨✨✨
We tucked one last surprise into the guest room—right inside the closet.

A coffee maker, snacks, and the cutest mugs make it feel like a cozy little hotel morning… without ever leaving the room. The mugs? A local find from , with a perfect Taylor Swift nod: “In My Virginia Beach Era.”(I’m a Swiftie—these were non-negotiable.)

It’s a small detail, but it changes everything—personal, thoughtful, and just a little indulgent.

And don’t worry, the other side of the closet is all set up for your guests’ clothes and personal belongings—because every detail matters.
