In countless cultures/religions/practices spiritual bathing has been used for a variety of reasons. Itâs not a trend and itâs nothing new! Despite what your particular beliefs are, we all can benefit from spiritual and energetic cleansing. People get uncomfortable when you say words like âritual,â but in reality we all practice rituals in our own ways whether they are our morning rituals/routines or our spiritual/religious practices. Why not create a personal ritual of reconnecting with yourself, taking note of what no longer serves you, releasing and washing away all the bad energy, old ways of thinking and the old parts of you that need to go so you can grow? đ±
Full moon baths are a ritual we encourage you to incorporate into your self-care. We personally do them as well. A lot of times we are big on maintaining our physical health or outer appearance, but not so much our mental or spiritual health! Full moon baths can really be a moment for you to realign yourself and let go of internal blockages while soaking in herbs, oils, and flowers that have been specially prepared and mixed together specifically for that purpose.
The next full moon this Saturday is the Pink Moon and itâs the first of three super moons this year! Make some time for yourself and allow yourself to set intentions of reflecting and letting go!
You can order full moon baths via our website www.hereasabove.com/shop to get you ready for this weekend.
Weâre currently offering free delivery for local Hampton Roads orders. đ
However, if you donât find time to start or continue your full moon ritual this weekend, at least allow yourself a moment to breathe and to just think. Whatever youâre holding on to thatâs getting heavy, you can choose to let it go. If the direction youâre going seems blocked, you can choose another route. Some of us think letting go would be the hard part, but actually holding on to dead things or things that are stunting our growth is way more difficult. Let that person go. Let that anxiety go. Let that fear go. Let that âfriendshipâ go. Whatever it is⊠itâs time for new things. âš
