Meet Coach Jimmy Mitchum 👋
A Virginia Beach native and lifelong athlete turned strength and performance coach.

Jimmy grew up playing nearly every sport before wrestling at James Madison University 🤼‍♂️. After a major ankle injury in his 20s, he found his true passion for fitness — and he’s spent the last decade mastering it.

From CrossFit to bodybuilding to movement science, Jimmy’s trained athletes of all ages and levels, bringing energy, knowledge, and a mindset built on continuous learning.
