So proud of this girl and how hard she's worked and how coachable she is. 😍😍

I have NOT fit in this shirt since Darrell and I first got together!! I am so incredibly proud of myself for changing my eating habits!
I started this change on February 20th and haven’t looked back since. I am so thankful for the support and help of my friend JKitzz Fitness .. I couldn’t have done it without her.

I have the most energy I’ve had in years. There’s no turning back. I still have to work on starting a exercise regimen but for now, the kids keep me busy enough. 😂

If you’re on the fence. JUMP. Seriously just changing eating habits can make a HUGE difference!
