As a pelvic floor physical therapist, here’s my summer travel checklist for a stronger, more comfortable getaway:

✅ Stay hydrated (hello, reusable water bottle!)
✅ Pack a small pillow for lumbar support during long car/plane rides
✅ Water based l**e just in case!
✅ Magnesium gummies to help stay regular and for calm support
✅ Compression socks to prevent fluid retention when traveling on long car or plane rides
✅ Electrolytes- stay hydrated!
✅ Pelvic wand- don’t let pelvic floor tension ruin your fun!
✅ Do quick stretches after sitting too long
