This December 1-6, 2025 you will have the chance to walk and raise funds to increase access to our Timeless Living® Fall Prevention Program for those in need in our Hampton Roads Community!

Sign up to be an individual or team fundraiser and encourage your peers to donate to your fundraiser so we can decrease falls and increase safety and confidence while promoting overall health & well-being!

We wrapped up our final session of the first Timeless Living running at the Mt. Trashmore Family YMCA on Sat 7/12/25. Everyone improved, reduced their risk of falling, learned how to minimize risk of injury if a fall occurs, and reignited a passion to get healthier for life. Join us on Saturday mornings at 8 am as several continue to meet and support one another as we walk around Mt Trashmore. I love this group of people.

Another great day at the Mt. Trashmore Family YMCA with Timeless Living participants as we worked to gain strength, improve dual tasking while working on coordination and balance, and get on and off the floor.

It is such an honor to be a part of the success stories. “Able to mow the lawn with no back or hip pain.” “Able to go up the steps reciprocally”. “No longer have to look at feet when walking”.

Another great day at Mt. Trashmore Family YMCA this weekend. Participants of the Timeless Living Fall Prevention program laughed and met new friends as we got stronger, worked on balance, and learned how medications increase fall
risk.

What an amazing day at the Mt. Trashmore Family YMCA. We instructed 23 individuals in exercises to prevent falls, proper lifting techniques, and how to get on and off the floor safely. Thank you so much to the TCC PTA program students and graduates for your continued support We are truly changing the world one person at a time.

3rd annual Fall screening day at TCC. We changed 34 lives on 5/1/25. PTA students taught our guests simple exercises, how to minimize injury if a fall is imminent, and how to safely increase walking speed. They screened blood pressure and fall risk by assessing time to rise from a chair and walking speed. Please support us by donating to Therapy on the Move. Every dollar changes a life.
