For a long time, I pushed through the pain and stayed busy even when my body was screaming for rest and realignment.
I would disconnect just to get through the tasks of each day.
Living with scoliosis taught me that the pain would compound if I didn't listen.
Forcing change didn't help a thing. I had to stay present with the sensations that showed up for me.
Through bodywork, subtle awareness practices, and movement that felt playful and alive - especially hula hooping- I began rebuilding trust with my body's innate intelligence.
When I stayed connected, my body showed me the next best step.
This is the work I offer now.
Supporting women in moving out of pain and disconnection- not by fixing themselves, but by learning to deeply listen.
What would it feel like to stop pushing and let your body lead?
