Congratulations to Linda for completing her first 5K! She has put in so much dedication and training, and I couldn’t be more proud! Joel Wolf was Linda’s amazing walking buddy who completed another 5K for himself with lots of effort and dedication to his training as well! Congratulations to David Riehle for running the 10 miler with me:) We had a great run with the most perfect weather we could ask for!! HAPPY LABOR DAY EVERYONE!

CHECK OUT these before and after photos!!! Emma and John have made remarkable progress both inside and outside of the studio. I feel incredibly proud of all the changes they’ve made. Learning about your body’s needs and how it responds is a process, and applying this knowledge to your daily life is essential. Commitment, discipline, patience, and trust are the root of progression. Ghis couple has made all of those efforts to achieve this progress, and will not be stopping here.
