Great news!!! Check it out! Botanical flower eta in Virginia September 2021

The Virginia House of Delegates has given its final approval of Delegate Cliff Hayes' HB2218, which would allow the dispensing of botanical medical cannabis.

Senate companion bill SB1333 by Senator L. Louise Lucas awaits final approval by the upper chamber.

The approved bills will be communicated to Governor Northam for approval, amendment or veto.

Dispensing is expected to begin as early as September 2021.
