Sometimes it can feel overwhelming and difficult and it is. Don't quit on a worst day. Take it one feed at a time and on a good day make the decision. It's okay to reach your own personal goal and make the decision to be finished. Any amount of breast milk is good for your baby.

Feeding on demand helps to make sure baby is fed and your supply is stimulated. Plus mama's milk is magic! It is comfort! It is warm! It is life!

Some moms are concerned about their breasts being different. Sometimes one is bigger or has a differently shaped ni**le or doesn't produce as much milk as the other. These are all NORMAL. Our bodies are not symmetrical.

Each pair of breasts is unique and each individual breast in the pair is unique as well.

With the summer heat it is important to maintain hydration. Our bodies work at their best when we have given it enough water. That includes when we are lactating. Drink to thirst and keep hydrated!
