Fast forward to now… Dr. David is happy to report he’s back doing what he loves.
Running. Jumping. Training. & absolutely crushing his strength goals.
His goal? Squat 100 lbs.
What did he do instead? 105 lbs for 10 reps 🤯
Proof that with the right plan, the right support, and a LOT of hard work — recovery doesn’t mean slowing down. It means coming back stronger 💪
