Member Spotlight 🫶🔥 Jeff B.
He walked through this door in 2005. One of the very first members when the studio opened. He was hooked after the first class and never looked back.
Over 2500 hours of practice later, he’s flipped the script entirely. He used to go to the gym four days a week and fit yoga in twice. Now it’s yoga four days, gym two or three. If something has to give, it’s the gym.
What changed? His approach. He stopped treating yoga like a workout — pushing for more reps, more chaturangas. Now the focus is proper technique. Building strength through balance and flexibility.
