Yogalates is a dynamic blend of Yoga Flow and Pilates focusing on core, strength training, alignment and breath.
No reformer necessary as we use a variety of props during sequences that are sure to improve your core, strength, balance & flexibility while giving you a full body workout!
If you’re wanting to strengthen and tone your muscles, this class is for YOU! 👊🏼
It’s a low impact class with high impact results 💪🏼

Join us on Mondays at 10a, alternating Monday Eves at 6p, or Saturdays at 11a and put this class on your weekly rotation 💫

Hope you have enjoyed the snow and hot cocoa overload the past 2 days ☃️

We are reopening tomorrow morning with a fun Snow & Soul Flow class at 11am to help shake off that Cabin Fever and get your blood flowing!

Saturday’s Iron & Core will start at 10am with Shape & Align following at 11:30.

We will also have a special “Snow Yin” ❄️ on Sunday at 11am 🧘🏻‍♀️

Happy ❤️ Month Snow Lovers!

I'd say it's been quite the eventful month since Phil saw his shadow 😏

From The Philadelphia Eagles winning SuperBowl LIX (GO BIRDS! 🦅 ), one decent snow, Valentine's & President's Day, and now what looks to be Snowmaggedon coming to our area tomorrow 🌨️🌨️

Seems the Full Snow Moon on the 12th understood the assignment ❄️

With the anticipated forecast of 6-10 inches of fluff to begin tomorrow afternoon thru Thursday, we will be Closed Wednesday & Thursday. We plan to re-open Saturday morning, possibly Friday, depending upon snow removal and roads being clear.

For those of you who are , just remember that Spring is only 30 days away and Daylight Savings time is just 19! For those on the ☃️ team, This Is Your Moment!! ❄️❄️

I think we can all agree tho, that there is something magical about a good snowfall. The way the snow blankets everything, muffling everyday sounds. It's beautifully quiet and crisp and quite peaceful to watch fall. It's a time to hang out in your jammies, drink hot cocoa, and maybe binge watch that show on Netflix you've been thinking about. I highly recommend The Diplomat!

Please stay safe and warm during and after the storm. I will keep you posted to schedule changes and when I know we can safely reopen 🙂

Oh, incase you're wondering, I am 100% ! 🌨️

I'm as excited as a middle schooler who just copped a lunch tray from the cafeteria for a makeshift sled 😁
