On February 28th, Mood is hosting a Nervous System Workshop in Virginia Beach designed to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface of your stress.
This is not a typical class.
It is an educational and experiential session focused on:
• Understanding fight-or-flight patterns
• Learning how breath impacts heart rate variability
• Identifying your personal stress triggers
• Practicing guided regulation techniques
• Building sustainable stress management tools
If you have tried to “manage stress” without understanding how your nervous system works, this workshop will give you clarity.
