“Finding Inner Peace through Nature Walks,” our first local event in collaboration with Everest Wellness and Danielle Curling Coaching, is on for tomorrow! Meet us on the VB boardwalk at 11 am for a half hour walk.

This event is open to all levels, including people who use walkers and wheelchairs, with groups organized for different paces to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience. As we walk, we will focus on mindfulness practices and somatic experiences designed to help you slow down and connect with your surroundings in today’s fast-paced world.

One week away! The VB Breathe ‘n’ Run is a charity 5k to benefit research to end pulmonary fibrosis. As one of the founding sponsors, it’s our pleasure to support the event again this year. It’ll be great to see friends new and old as we walk/run the boardwalk! Saturday August 3 @ 8 am.

Proud to be a member of Citizens for Virginia Beach Arts because “wellness” is body, mind, AND heart.

Before I became a physical therapist, I worked for Arlington County Dept of Cultural Affairs. Art and exhibits connect us as we consider the human experience, which is so important to aging adults - not just because it’s fun but to feel less alone.

Virginia Beach will earmark 20% of its ticket tax revenue for funding local arts and culture efforts.
