September 5, 2025, the staff, doctors and all their families got together to wish Dr. Davis all the best on his retirement and to welcome Dr. Fayad to the ACFM family. While Dr. Davis will be missed and could never be replaced, we are all happy for him in the next steps in his retirement and wish him much happiness. We joyfully Welcome Dr. Fayad to the practice and look forward to working with him and his patients, both new and long timers with us. Best Wish Dr. Davis and Welcome Dr. Fayad.

Welcoming Dr. Fayad to the ACFM family, we are excited to have him onboard.

While Dr. Davis will be missed, we are happy for him and wish him all the best in his retirement.

Dr. Fayad offers comprehensive care for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, thyroid issues, COPD, IBS, depression, anxiety, and more. He also provides support for weight management, smoking cessation, and offers virtual visits for convenience.

Yesterday was jersey day for our spirit week. Some decked out with T-shirts and jerseys while others had hats and pins. The staff enjoyed wings, pizza and popcorn for a tailgate lunch. GO TEAM!

Dear Valued Patient,

It is with a mix of gratitude and reflection that I formally announce my retirement, effective August 1, 2025. Serving as a physician and caring for my patients over the past 35 years has been both an honor and a privilege. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with so many remarkable individuals, many of whom I consider as friends. The relationships I’ve built with my patients are something I will deeply miss.

I am pleased to introduce Ronnie Fayad, MD, who will be assuming responsibility for my patients beginning August 1, 2025. After careful consideration of several highly qualified candidates, it was clear that Dr. Fayad would be the ideal fit for TPMG Atlantic Coast Family Medicine. Dr. Fayad was in high demand, and I am truly grateful that he has chosen to continue providing care for my patients. It brings me great peace of mind knowing you will be in the capable hands of such a skilled and compassionate
physician.

To ensure a smooth transition of care, all appointments (including follow-up appointments) scheduled for August 1, 2025, and beyond will be transferred to Dr. Fayad’s schedule unless we are informed otherwise. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office at (757) 301-7729.

Your electronic medical records will remain within the TPMG system; however, if you choose to transition your care outside TPMG, you may contact our office to obtain the necessary paperwork to release your medical records to another provider.
