I'm sure you are hearing the buzz about the chemicals that are in your foods. If you are not quite sure on where to start, start with your produce. The clean 15 and dirty 12 are a great way to start.
Rule of thumb: if it has a thin shell (spinach), the pesticide will go directly into the food source. There's no way of washing it off, buy organic. If it has a hard shell (watermelon) but conventional if you can not afford organic. There's ways on cutting corners and buying smart at the grocery store.
