Stepping out of the house yesterday on my walk with the dogs, and who did I see? Him. He felt magical. Turkey vultures show up when you’re in a cycle of transmutation, release, and recycling old energy. They symbolize:

clearing what’s stagnant

transforming the “unwanted” into wisdom

trusting your own unconventional path

patience and letting things unfold naturally

They’re liminal creatures — living between death and life, shadow and light.

My first encounter with Turkey Vultures was


Magical, unfairly feared by humans,kinda like wolves. When in reality they are a peaceful blessing to our world.

✨ Standing Room Only — and Absolutely Transformational ✨

Still buzzing from yesterday's event. The room was packed, the energy was electric, and the group regression journey… wow.
We explored past-life memories filled with harmony, innocence, sovereignty, and deep attunement:

🌿 A 6-year-old girl living wild and free in the jungle, in perfect unity with nature
👑 A benevolent royal child-queen leading with compassion
🏛️ A man walking the golden light of the Byzantine Empire

After the regression, we anchored those emotional frequencies into the body using biofield tuning — and I watched people soften, release, and reconnect with states they didn’t even know they still carried.

At my table, so many received the vagus nerve activation protocol, melting tension and re-opening their inner grounding system. The shifts were instant.

Grateful. Inspired. Lit up.

If you know me, you know I adore Eckhart Tolle. When I realized that Biofield Tuning was a way to work with the Pain Body, an energetic structure Eckhart Tolle describes that gets activated when we are triggered, I was eager to learn how. I first learned about Eckhart Tolle back when Oprah introduced him to her TV audience, and eagerly attended her first online course discussing his book, A New Earth. So -- It was perfect timing to attend a 4 day retreat at Omega Institute in September with Tolle and his partner, Kim Eng. Since returning, I've been sharing methods with clients to disconnect from the pervasive external chaos, and plug into the internal wellspring of peace, the spacious presence: where all the magic lives. One of my passions is educating people about what dogs really need from their humans, in order to create harmony between the species and keep as many dogs in homes and not surrendered to animal shelters. And what dogs need is not what you think! There are no bad dogs, but mostly well meaning but misinformed humans. Tonight I'm teaching what I've learned from Ridge Dog Behavior in a class on Dog Psychology. DM me if youd like more information! Loki doesnt love his Dynamic Lead but gives him the feedback he needs from me in order to not drag me around. Kinda like a horse bridle, I always tell him, all 105 lbs! He is a giant love bug, as is his sister Fiona weighing in at 72 pounds. They need to know who's in charge, and its not them! There is safety for them, when they are in follow mode, not pack leader mode. Dogs are not equipped to be in charge of their humans, we need to provide clear, calm leadership and direction for them. Thank you Ridge! Its all about energy. Calm & confident is the way to lead.

This is what growth looks like. Loki & Fiona usually dislike bath time, intensely! But this time, they were mostly calm and seemed to enjoy the water. What changed? This past summer, at 3 years young, they learned to swim in the Bay. German Shepherds are not born water dogs. But, they can learn. With lots of practice, they faced their fear and learned to swim with plenty of: ENCOURAGEMENT, SAFETY, PATIENCE, and BABY STEPS. If you had a parent who helped you face your childhood fears, you are fortunate. If you didn't, you will likely need help to find your footing, and cross the bridge from fear to pride and accomplishment. I provide encouragement & safety for my clients as we face fears together. ✨️
