This one is for my followers with , though those with & as well as chronic inflammation from a variety of conditions can benefit as well.
Certain foods contain anti-inflammatory properties and by increasing them in your diet you may see reduced inflammation overall. This is especially important for my followers with endometriosis as you may be frequently advised to cut many many foods out of your diet to avoid inflammation, however, it may be more beneficial as well as easier for you to incorporate more anti-inflammatory foods rather than trying to cut out all of the inflammation causing foods.
This is especially important to ensure that you’re still getting a well-rounded diet and not risking nutrient deficiency or malnourishment with extremely restrictive diet trends.
