Hey Everyone,
As many of you know, our dear student and friend, Dr. Nancy Allison passed away this past October. A Memorial Service will be held for Nancy on this Saturday April 9, 2022 at 3 PM at Altmeyer Funeral Home-Southside Chapel with a reception to follow. Happy Holidays Everyone!
Our Christmas Holiday schedule will be as follows:
We will have only one class on Christmas Eve and one class on Christmas Day.
Today, Thurs. Dec. 23rd - regular class schedule
Fri. Dec. 24th, Christmas Eve - 9:15am Hatha with AJ
Sat. Dec. 25th, Christmas Day - 10:00am Hatha with AJ
All other classes are canceled on the 24th and 25th.
Sun. Dec. 26th - regular class schedule

We are currently open for a limited class schedule for both in person and online live classes. For the time being, we are limiting in person classes to 6 students per class. If you are interested in attending class in person, please make sure to pre-register for class on the schedule/sign in page and that you have an active class pass or membership. If you are interested in livestreaming online classes and have never taken online classes with us, please email or message us. We hope to see you in person or online!

Susan Moore will be teaching a live Hatha class on Zoom tomorrow, Saturday, March 28th, at 8:30am. For now, Zoom classes will only be for monthly and yearly members. If you have not received a link and passcode yet and are a monthly or yearly member, please email or message us.

Hello Everyone,

We are currently still open for classes. Please check the online class schedule on our website for the most current updates regarding classes and who is teaching. Also, we will only be allowing 9 students per class, so please pre-register for classes on our online schedule. If the "Sign up" button is gone for a class, it means the class is full or has already started. (Please note: If you try to sign up on your phone 2 min after class has started when you're in the parking lot, our software won't allow that.)

For those that are practicing social distancing, I will be working on offering some class videos online in the future. These classes will be free for current members. (Please note: No one in regular public classes will be recorded without advanced notice and consent.)

For the time being, we will not be offering towel service, yoga blankets, yoga straps, or meditation cushions during classes. Therefore, please bring your own yoga props if you need these props for practice.

We will still have yoga blocks and borrow mats available, as these can be sprayed with disinfectant spray.

We will also not be offering hands on yoga adjustments and assists for at least the next couple of weeks.

Please know that we are also making an effort to keep the yoga studio a little cleaner than normal and regularly wipe down and disinfect all surfaces, door handles, and the floor.
