Meet Dr. Martin Carney III

Dr. Martin Carney III is a fourth-generation surgeon. He offers a wide range of aesthetic surgery with a particular focus on the face. He strives for perfection in all aspects of his cosmetic practice to help patients achieve their goals.

Dr. Martin Carney III grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and returned home to join his father in practice and serve the community. After attending high school at Norfolk Academy, he went to Tulane University on an academic scholarship where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. For his medical school, he remained at Tulane University School of Medicine obtaining another academic scholarship.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Martin J. Carney has been providing high quality cosmetic surgery in Hampton Roads. Dr. Carney trained at some of the finest medical universities in the country, and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
