Dr. Martin Carney III grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and returned home to join his father in practice and serve the community. After attending high school at Norfolk Academy, he went to Tulane University on an academic scholarship where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. For his medical school, he remained at Tulane University School of Medicine obtaining another academic scholarship.
