Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Shaun B. Rai, DMD, Virginia Beach, VA, practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Dr. Rai‘s staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting. Our office is located at 933 First Colonial Road, Suite 205, Virginia Beach, VA.

Congratulations to Brittni for passing her DAANCE examination! The Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE) is a 36-hour, two-part continuing education program and exam for oral surgery assistants, offered by the AAOMS. It covers anesthesia, patient monitoring, and emergencies, requiring sponsorship by a doctor to take. Certification proves competency in office anesthesia safety. Brittni, we are so proud of you!
