One of the most precious parts of our yoga teacher training is the ability to work one on one with students to help them with sequencing and understanding how to get from one posture to the next. In our Trainings, we ask our students to do two full test outs, a minimum of 20 hours of teaching, five hours of observation, and a full business plan before they graduate. This is Gabriella and she is almost complete with her training. She is a shining example of a woman in the military who works full-time puts the extra work in so she can learn to teach yoga to those in her community!

Our next 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program starts November 2023 with a focus on classical and therapeutic approach to practicing and teaching yoga and posture powered by PTX.

We are also proud to announce a 300 hour program that is rooted in private session, will launch in 2024 where our students will get posture training & be able to use the PTX system to start seeing clients!
