Trust exercises, but make it next level! Who needs weights when you’ve got your client?
Some days you lift the weight… and some days your trainer lifts YOU.
Either way, progress is progress—and having someone who believes in you enough to push (and carry) you through the tough moments makes all the difference.
At Unify, we always are challenging you to push past limits and smash comfort zones. If your workouts aren’t progressing, neither are you, and we are here to help with that!
Maybe that IS going heavier with the weight you use, but it can also look like:
▪️Increasing reps or sets
▪️Slowing down tempo for more control
▪️Improving range of motion
▪️Reducing rest time
Small, consistent increases = big long-term results. Track your lifts, stay intentional, and never be afraid to take on a new challenge. Who knows, you may want to start carrying YOUR trainer around for extra weight.
