Trust exercises, but make it next level! Who needs weights when you’ve got your client?

Some days you lift the weight… and some days your trainer lifts YOU.

Either way, progress is progress—and having someone who believes in you enough to push (and carry) you through the tough moments makes all the difference.

At Unify, we always are challenging you to push past limits and smash comfort zones. If your workouts aren’t progressing, neither are you, and we are here to help with that!

Maybe that IS going heavier with the weight you use, but it can also look like:

▪️Slowing down tempo for more control
▪️Improving range of motion
▪️Reducing rest time

Trainer: clear demo, cues, eye contact, their brain going “there’s no way they can mess this up”

Person 1: nails it
Person 2: close enough, we’ll take it
Person 3: freestyling like there were no instructions given

We’ve had some unexpected visitors lately… and honestly, they fit right in.

From first-timers to seasoned regulars(and yes, even a bearded dragon posted up by the weights) our gym is always full of personality.

No matter who (or what 🦎) walks through the door, everyone’s here for the same reason: to move, to improve, and maybe to turn a few heads while doing it.

Because behind the chatter and the “are we really doing this?” is a group of people who show up, work hard, and make this place feel like more than just a gym.

Join us every week at 8:30AM for Saturday Sweat—where no two workouts are the same and the vibes are always high. Each week brings a new theme to keep you challenged, motivated, and maybe even a little surprised.

Here’s a look at what’s happening in April! There will not be a class on the 18th because of the Crush N Run, but you can still sign up and join Team Unify when you register. Don’t forget to let us know at the front desk if you are running/walking with us!

Maximus Decius Meridius….who trains to destroy PRs, be the star of the show, and carry all of the groceries in one trip…
