This lovely patient came to see me about her aging face. She is a very active patient, but her face didn’t reflect how she felt. We spoke about her aging eyes, jowls, long upper lip, and sagging neck skin.
I recommended a conservative with some skin and fat removal, a deep plane facelift with platysmalplasty, and a lip lift.
She is thrilled with her new, refreshed, and younger-looking self. The best thing is that she looks natural. Just younger!

This lovely patient came to see me to improve her aging face. She is very active and fit, but her face looks fatigued. She didn’t want to look unnatural or pulled with the procedure.

I recommend a deep plane lower lift to address her jowls and sagging skin. I also recommended a lip lift to help with the long upper lip often associated with aging. Lastly, I felt she needed some volume to her temple and cheeks, so we placed some fat in the area to soften the face.

She is very pleased with her new look. She looks younger, refreshed, and, most importantly, natural.

A mini-lift is an in-office procedure using local anesthesia. It is for patients who want to improve early signs of aging, such as jowling or skin laxity often seen in the lower part of the cheek. It is not for those who have significant neck aging.

This lovely patient didn’t want to undergo general anesthesia and opted for a more conservative lift for her jowls and cheek skin laxity.
