As September begins to unfurl, bringing with it the gentle shift toward autumn, I find myself drawn to the warmth of cherished memories. My favorite childhood memory is spending time at my aunt and uncle's farm in Albion, NY. The open fields, the crisp air, the simple rhythms of lifeβ€”it was a place of deep joy and a sense of being truly grounded.

This memory reminds me that our roots, our personal history, hold so much of our wisdom and our capacity for joy. It’s a beautiful thought as we transition into a season of slowing down and turning inward.
