Good Morning from my Zen Den!🌞My daughter drew and painted the tree to the right. She asked me to paint her a rainbow that day and so it is here on the left. The picture in the middle is of my daughter when she was almost 1 year old~in a pumpkin patch outside San Diego~where she was born. One of my most favorite places on Earth! Also where I got my RYT-200💗✨ Thinking about how much fun we had that day in the pumpkin patch together as a family and seeing her little face in this way...just sets my soul on fire🔥 It’s impossible not to smile when I look around this room! I rolled a 200+ pound man out of guard and put his arm in a lock that would’ve caused a spiral fracture to his arm (via Kimura Lock)✨if he did not tap out last night🤯 I’m really thankful that he did though💗Ahimsa (Non-Harming)🙏 I went on to spar with many other amazing athletes~many more times~for an hour!🙌😆 All shapes and sizes. It was my first legit Ju Jitsu class...and it was fu***ng exhilarating! Empowering!👸Thank you to Coach Clay, Natasha, and the guys over at the gym for helping me perfect my technique. I know it will take the rest of my life and I take comfort in that knowing.✨🙏✨ I look forward to learning more about this discipline and sport as it has long held a place in my heart. My 4 year old daughter is even enjoying her time at the gym these days! **t **t

In order to be an effective healer for others~You must first heal yourself. That does not mean you need to be “perfect” to be effective. No such thing exists. Only what IS. It does however mean that you will be more effective in your sessions with others if you heal the very parts of you that you tried to hide from all these years.

I blew through town on Friday to facilitate healing circle with and met up with Kirtan band mate for lunch Saturday before leaving town!😆🙌We played all my didges out of the back of the car.😆🙌 Thanks for capturing me playing my “OG didge” that I got over a year ago now . Mark just filed down the inside chambers of the bamboo for me and I really love the fullness of sound it’s created!💗 You can hear me crank dat Ujjayi breathe around second 20 when I start circular breathing✨🎶✨

Hey FXBG💕🙏 I’ll be in town for one night only with my new didge! WE'RE BACK! If you've been missing the LIVE HUMAN connection of Our Healing Circle~then join us as we ramp up for another season of Healing Sound and Energy by the Healing Circle team~at Unity of Fredericksburg!

Our new time is every Friday at 7:00 PM. Please arrive early and be seated by 7:00 so that you don't interrupt the group when we start.✨🙏✨

Please👉RSVP to this event on 👉Meet Up. Search for 👉Healing Sound Immersion👉and locate the 👉Healing Circle - Unity of Fredericksburg event. As Covid precautions are in place, distancing will be observed, so space is limited to 18 participants. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your space. If you are medically able to do so, we ask that masks be worn inside Unity of Fredericksburg until you are situated at your meditation spot.

Our suggested donation is $20, but ALL are WELCOME in this sacred healing space.✨🙏✨

Unity of Fredericksburg, 3451 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. Look for the sign that says "Catalyst Media"; this is a new location with change of use for the facility, so the signs are in transition!

There will be enough space to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow so you are welcome to stretch out if you like. Chairs are also provided.

New paint job on the D Tone didge that Mark~my sound healing friend and mentor~made for me out of PVC pipe before I moved from Fredericksburg to Virginia Beach in April🙌😆 I’ll add some animal symbology from my sketch books on down the line, but for now she is beautiful and plays ✨even more✨ like a dream. I want the imagery on my didge to tell a story~just as many of our indigenous people’s folklore does🌎 The colors represent the sunrise over sea and are my long standing “favorite colors”. The 3 bands represent Mark, Claire, and I. Initial thoughts on playing my d tone didge v2.0...I think the color actually makes it SOUND more vibrant!✨😍✨ Dear Future, Higher Self✨Keep sharing your healing gifts and making beautiful music wherever this didge tone finds you on your journey🙏🌞💕 Who knew you’d find your unique voice in the world~through the most wondrous of sounds~these last two years. Now I’m chanting and playing my harmonium. Who knew such sweetness could be tapped in to~at anytime~through sound😍?!

Say it aloud with me! I AM STRONG!💪 Now go SLAY THIS DAY! I love how I can practice yoga on uneven terrain now~and still find a solid foundation in standing balance poses~when my mind goes to a mantra like this. Yoga has helped me come back from years of ankle and knee injuries due to playing competitive sports. Doing yoga on the beach was not accessible to me when I first began consistently practicing over 5 years ago. I had too much pain and scar tissue from old injuries to work out. Strength and flexibility to build. Now that I can safely practice yoga on the beach~I have so much gratitude for this practice and the overall improvement in my quality of life that it has made.🙏 @ Chix Beach, Virginia Beach

Rode my new board to the dunes for sunset today✌️💕Really loving how yoga has brought so many past loves back in to my life after many years of sports injuries and “playing through” left me feeling incapacitated in my 20s. I turned 37 in May and teaching my baby girl to skate is something I put on my bucket list even before I knew I would have kids. Thanks Yoga! The smiles we shared together today will last a lifetime🥰 Special thanks to the guys shop for sending me home with this beauty today! I’ve been visiting your shop since I was a little kid and it was pretty rad to show my daughter the store I used to bug the s**t out of my parents to take me to anytime we visited Virginia Beach😂🙏 Now you’re my local surf and skate shop! Sun is shining~the weather is sweet🎶⛵️✨Happy 4th to those who’ve served and all who serve this beautiful country!✨This was me doing tree topside while visiting our old home (San Diego) back in March for a friend’s military retirement ceremony ⛵️Sailing is a great time to bust out a pose or two to keep you moving around the boat all day with ease🙏 However you choose to celebrate your freedoms today🇺🇸 I hope you take a moment to pause and reflect on the people who have given their lives, so that we can live ours the way that we want to here in America❤️ Long May She Wave🇺🇸
