Almost every one of my clients has XYZ supplement or ABC gummies on the list of things they've tried and hoped it would help them lose weight.
I'm not immune to this either- before I learned what to eat and how to exercise to maintain my ideal weight and physique, I tried Hydroxycut, Goli Gummies and garcinia cambogia 🙈

Did any of those things help?
No.
They just left me several hundred dollars poorer.

Sustainable results don't come from a quick fix – it comes from learning what works for your body and making small, sustainable changes that add up over time.

Real talk: it’s the simple, doable shifts that make all the difference 🔑💥​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​When we want to lose weight, it’s easy to feel like we need a total overhaul. But here’s the reality: some of the biggest transformations come from small, sustainable changes that are doable every single day.

It’s not about radical changes or zeroing out foods. It’s about small, steady choices that build on each other.

⏲️ We focused on Sustainable Changes. Knowing that she would be having surgery 3 months into her program, we focused on treating the process like marathon rather than a sprint and taking all aspects of getting healthy into consideration.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​🍰 We simplified meal prep and created a flexible nutrition plan so that no food was off limits- if she wanted to enjoy a piece of cake, she could. We also talked a lot about the psychological aspect of why she would reach for sweets when she was feeling emotional and worked on changing her behaviors around food.

🚶‍♀️ We shifted her mindset around exercise and burning calories and focused on getting a minimum of 8,000 steps each day - something we knew she could get back to relatively soon following surgery, as opposed to starting a strength training routine, which she would not be able to return to until 6 weeks after surgery.

Surgery or no surgery, sustainable change is about creating habits that work for you, even when life feels out of control.

Whether you’re prepping for a major life event, navigating the challenges of perimenopause, or just ready to stop letting food control your mood, there’s a way to make sustainable, healthy changes that feel doable.

"The best part was that this didn't feel like a diet."​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The “before and after” pics can be inspiring, but real change isn’t just about the picture. It’s about creating the life that you want for yourself.

We pour so much into our families, rarely thinking twice about giving them the best we can afford. But when it comes to ourselves? In comes the hesitation- and sometimes is not even about if we can afford it, but rather if we are “worth it.” 🥺 (Spoiler alert: YOU ARE.)

Transformation doesn’t require perfection. My clients are busy, real women who have a lot on their plates. They’re juggling life, family, work, etc. Perfection is unrealistic—but progress. That is doable.

Imagine seeing real results from showing up consistently, even if you’re not “perfect” every single day.
