🌿✨A Waterfall Found Us✨🌿

On our climb through the mountain pass toward San José, the Earth decided to bless us one more time. Out of the mist and jungle came this breathtaking waterfall—wild, powerful, and sacred. 💦

We didn’t plan it… we stumbled upon it. The roar of the water pulled us in, cleansing every ounce of exhaustion from the road. Surrounded by emerald leaves and clouds rolling through the trees, it felt like nature herself whispered: “You made it. Keep flowing.” 🌬️💚

Moments like this remind us—sometimes the journey gifts you miracles when you’re simply moving in rhythm with life.

✨From Cloud Forests to First Class✨
We left our jungle paradise at 4AM, winding our way through the mountains of Volcán Poás—nearly 6,000 ft above sea level—where the clouds kissed the trees and the earth roared with waterfalls. 🌋🌧️
We stopped to breathe it all in—mist, magic, and the music of nature—before cruising back to San José to return our jeep and catch our flight.

By 3PM, we were soaring through the skies, sipping in first class, grateful for every mile and moment. 🥂
Costa Rica reset our spirits, recharged our love, and reminded us how divine it feels to live in rhythm with the Earth. 🌿💚

Now… we’re home, grounded, and ready for the world.

🌿 🇻🇮Island Roots 🇻🇮, 🇨🇷Jungle Harvest🇨🇷 🌿
There’s something sacred about cutting your own sugar cane — the sound of the machete meeting earth, the scent of sweetness rising from the stalk.

Here in the jungles of Costa Rica, I reconnected with one of my Virgin Islands roots — sugar cane, a symbol of roots, resilience, and sweetness. ✨

I harvested this cane myself and have been using it in my tea blends and fresh jungle drinks. Every sip tastes like home, freedom, and the ancestors whispering, “Remember who you are.” 🍃

✨ Jungle Breakfast with The Carters ✨
Rain falling softly through the canopy…
Fresh guava smoothies in hand 🍹, the scent of chorizo and sweet plantains filling the treehouse air.

We cooked slow and intentional — eggs from the local farm, bananas picked right outside, warm bread toasted over the flame, and our homemade butterfly pea + lemongrass tea steeping beside us. 💜

Every bite carried laughter, love, and conversation that reminded us why we came — to reconnect, to be still, to be present with each other and with nature.

Truly blessed to share this kind of magic with my wife, surrounded by the jungle’s heartbeat. 🌧

🌿✨ Tropical Mansion Nights ✨🌿

Our new treehouse stay — Tropical Mansion — feels like a dream suspended in the jungle. A larger, modern nest surrounded by the whispers of rain, the rhythm of nature, and the warmth of love. 🌧️💚

We brewed butterfly pea + lemongrass tea, stirred in a splash of Cruzan rum we found at a local market, and the whole treehouse turned into a botanical paradise. The aroma danced through the air as the rain kissed the leaves outside. 🌸🍃

We sipped, listened to the jungle sing, cooked a delicious meal together, and talked the night away — laughter, reflection, and soul-deep peace. 🌺🔥
An unforgettable night with my wife — love, sound, and nature in perfect harmony.

✨ A Sacred Calling in Paradise ✨
Under the Costa Rican sun, surrounded by lush fruit trees and the rhythm of nature, a new circle of birth keepers was born 🌿💫 “The Doulas of Tomorrow “💫

This was more than a certification—it was a soul initiation. Each woman arrived with her own story, her own “why,” and together they formed a sacred sisterhood of light, love, and purpose. 💛

Tiffany’s Doula journey blossomed here—on fertile land, with pure hearts, and the calling to guide life into this world with reverence and care. 🌸

To every woman who answered this calling—thank you for choosing to be a vessel for new life, for holding space for mothers, and for embodying divine feminine strength. 🌕

🌊✨ Playa Negra called… and I answered with rhythm.
Just me, my HAPI drum, and the waves composing a love song to the soul.
Each note blending with the ocean’s heartbeat — soft, wild, alive.
As people down the beach listened, I found myself completely free —
beating to my own drum, syncing with the spirit of Costa Rica. 🇨🇷💫
While Tiffany was deep in her Doula class, I was deep in communion with the sea.
The jungle behind me, the black sands beneath me, the universe within me.

🌿 Lunch in the Jungle – Talamanca, Costa Rica 🥭
While Tiffany is in Class 🇨🇷
Today’s kitchen was wrapped in wood, sound, and soul — a treehouse high in the arms of the jungle.
I crafted a bowl of tropical harmony: avocado, mango & tomato salad, kissed with lime and herbs, paired with fresh ceviche served in an avocado shell, and a crispy tostone on the side.

Every bite was a love song — sunlight, rain, and earth blending in rhythm as the jungle choir sang along.
I ate slowly on the deck, surrounded by green whispers and curious eyes of the wild.
Presence. Peace. Paradise. 🌺
