VBSO Accounting Clerk III Tonya LeTourneau's mother, Judy Borrero, was featured in The Virginian-Pilot as she helped volunteers carry the panel of The Moving Wall bearing her brother’s name, Paul James, during its installation at the Virginia Beach Convention Center on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025.

The Moving Wall — a half-size traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. — will be on display from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily through tomorrow (Veterans Day) at the Convention Center.

This powerful tribute offers a moment to reflect, remember and honor all who served and sacrificed for our country.
