šŸ Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Recipe šŸ

This is my family’s go-to recipe, and I’m so excited to share it with you! šŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
• 2 24-ounce jars of spaghetti sauce
• 1 medium onion
• Spices to taste (about a teaspoon of each: onion powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano)
• A dash (or more) of red pepper flakes
• About 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 lb hamburger meat

Instructions:
1. Put the 2 jars of sauce in the crock pot. Add spices and stir to combine.
2. Cut the onion and add to a pot.
3. Add hamburger meat and cook until onions are translucent, and the meat is cooked through.
4. Add the meat mixture to the sauce in the crock pot and cook on low for about 3 hours.
5. Cook pasta according to the package directions.
6. Serve the sauce over pasta or chicken for a lower-carb option! šŸ—

Kyle did an AMAZING job in the kitchen! He didn’t help at all. šŸ˜… Everything is organic—the meat, the chicken, all of it. You guys, he just made dinner for the entire family, and it looks so good! šŸ He whipped up his famous spaghetti with meat sauce, and for a lower-carb option, we just took the chicken and topped it with the meat sauce. šŸ—
