We kicked off National Assisted Living Week and celebrated Grandparents Day in style at Bay Lake with a visit from Teeny Tiny Farms Petting Zoo! 🐐🌞 Residents, families, and staff all enjoyed a sunny day full of furry fun and adorable animal interactions. It was a heartwarming day of smiles and cuddles! 🐑💖

Our Taste of RUI team delighted us with a nostalgic culinary journey during National Assisted Living Week’s "A Taste Down Memory Lane" event! 🎶🍽️ Residents savored classic dishes like Jezebel Dip and Watergate Salad, while sharing cherished memories of cooking for loved ones. The atmosphere was filled with joy as we enjoyed the tunes of Frank sings Frank! 🎤✨

Our Active Adults set sail on the Virginia Aquarium’s Explorer for an unforgettable dolphin-watching adventure! 🌊🐬 Enjoying the fresh sea air and the soothing sound of the waves, we spotted playful dolphins and their adorable babies. It was a fantastic day on the water, filled with laughter, friendship, and marine marvels! 🚤✨

Our Active Adults had a fantastic day exploring the Museum of the Albemarle in Elizabeth City, NC, diving into the rich history of the Albemarle Region! 🏛️✨ After soaking up all that history, we indulged in a delicious meal at Frog Island Seafood in Barco. 🍽️🦞 A perfect blend of learning and dining, making for an unforgettable outing!
