6 days parking further away and walking

4 days of exercise/gym/running/yoga

1 random and un-credited act of kindness
Monthly:
1 Day outdoors
1 day of volunteer work
1 day having breakfast or lunch with a friend
1 day all to yourself
1 day researching the other side of a topic you disagree with
1 movie night
1 night out with friends
1 day off the internet
