Holistic Therapy / Life Coaching is a combination of Traditional Social Work Therapy and Spiritual Guidance, Intuition, Quantum Physics, and Energy Therapy. You will be amazed and transformed as you work with Pamela and her team experiencing our alternative therapy approach, here at The Healing Fountain. We offer one on one sessions in-house, virtually, or via tele-health. Additionally, we offer Reiki, Readings, and Mediumship. Our licensed therapists take insurance and have been through our life coaching program, a model developed by Pamela Hopkins that incorporates imagery, mindfulness training, cognitive therapy, and energy healing.

- Master's Degree

- Residents in Counseling/Supervisees welcome — supervision is available for those seeking licensure in social work!
- Private practice experience is a plus, but not required

🍂 Hello, October. 🍁

As we welcome a new month, it’s the perfect time to pause, breathe, and reflect. October invites us to slow down. Just like the leaves that gently fall, we are allowed to release what no longer serves us. There’s something about the start of a new month that feels like a breath of fresh air — a quiet little reset button.

If September felt overwhelming or like it slipped right through your fingers, you’re not the only one. The good news is that you don’t have to wait for a new year, a new season, or the perfect time to take care of yourself. A new month is enough.

✨ October is a clean slate.

Now is a good time to check in with yourself:  - What do I actually need right now? - What can I let go of? - How do I want to feel this month?

Start small. Set intentions that feel supportive, not stressful.
 Make space in your week, even just 10 minutes, to care for your mind, your body, your energy. 🤍

When used intentionally in a therapeutic setting, ketamine can help quiet self-critical thoughts, promote emotional openness, and support access to deeper healing. It’s not a magic solution — but paired with skilled therapy, it can be a powerful catalyst for change.

Pamela is a licensed KAP provider through Journey Clinical and works in collaboration with medical professionals to ensure safe, ethical care.

KAP may support individuals navigating:

✨ PTSD and unresolved trauma
✨ Chronic anxiety or burnout
