While I enjoy working with individuals & helping them find peace, enjoyment, & meaning out of life; I chose to study Marriage & Family Therapy in graduate school because I really have a passion for helping couples & families during those difficult moments. Whether your relationship needs work or you just need help navigating the things life throw at us I would be glad to partner with you & assist you with strengthening the most crucial relationships that help to bring so much meaning to life. I work with individuals in a variety of areas to include depression, anxiety, addictions, anger management, career counseling, grief, men's issues, & stress just to name a few. I also work with couples/families with pre-marital, conflict resolution, infidelity, & helping teens navigate bullying, identity issues, & adolescence. Elevate is unique in that it is a counseling ministry which really integrates faith into the counseling process. I really believe that people can change and overcome obstacles; marriages can be restored; people can be set free; and healing can occur to overcome even the most traumatic of circumstances.
