This initiative encourages our patients to voice any concerns or unmet needs before leaving their visit, ensuring they receive the best possible care. We also want to hear their positive experiences! By fostering open communication between patients and providers, we can address issues in real-time and improve overall satisfaction, while rewarding staff for their exemplary service and patient care. Please note that other members of the committee will be wearing "Patient Advocate" buttons. We are available to listen, assist, and advocate for patients, creating a more supportive and patient-centered environment.
