💜 Mental Health Skill Building
Does your mental health have you feeling like you can’t function through life on your own? This service is for those with a mental health diagnosis that are in need of support with increasing their independence in the community. We teach life skills such as how to manage symptoms, maintaining self-care practices like attending appointments, nutrition, socialization, utilizing community resources, and more.

💜 Outpatient Therapy
Therapy is the perfect way to release your emotions, thoughts, and worries in a supportive, unbiased, nonjudgmental space. Therapy is useful for symptom management, improving relationships, self-care practices, and more.
