Here's a bit about Fidelis:

⏩Fidelis has been practicing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) since 2022, with primary experience in outpatient care, as well as additional experience in inpatient + intensive outpatient program (IOP) settings.

⏩Fidelis has a strong interest in integrative psychiatric care + finds great fulfillment in supporting young adults + emerging professionals as they navigate life transitions, self-doubt, + evolving roles.

⏩Her approach is grounded in empathy + collaboration, with a focus on helping patients build resilience, gain clarity, + develop confidence in shaping their own path forward.

⏩Fidelis is a proud cat mom who loves getting creative through painting + crocheting.

⏩As a first-generation immigrant from the Philippines, she speaks Ilocano with family—though she is still working on becoming more fluent!
