The Yax Brothers, John & Chris, have owned and operated yoga studios, teacher trainings, and retreats for the last 15 yrs.

They help students become powerful yoga teachers, and help yoga entrepreneurs make a living doing what they love. Yax Yoga Concepts is certified through Yoga Alliance to teach 200-hour level teacher trainings. Our teacher training programs are designed to provide an in-depth exploration into the process and science of yoga. Our teacher training programs are physically, mentally and spiritually challenging, but because we cannot teach where we have not been, this work is necessary to develop yourself into an effective, heartfelt and inspiring teacher. We must be willing to live in accordance with the principles of yoga if we desire to teach it in the most sincere and healing sense. Our teacher training programs offer the opportunity to live a happier, healthier life and the fulfillment of sharing the path with others.

Congratulations to our 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Graduates!!!

Last Sunday we graduated our 2023 300hr Teacher Training...

It was AMAZING!! 🙏

They showed up every month to play full out!!!

They showed up for themselves...
..for each other...
..and for a higher purpose!

That purpose was to learn to give their students the most incredible experience and hold the space to help them wake up!

Graduation day was so powerful...
..so heart opening...
..full of emotional release...

(...no, I'm not crying, my eyes are sweating.😂)

Chris and I love to teach these programs because we get to deep dive into what yoga is really about...

Learning to open our hearts...

to know and love ourselves...

so we can become powerful teachers and impact our community.
