Meet Dr. Alexandra C. Tilt, a board-certified plastic surgeon whose work is defined by compassion, precision, and an unwavering commitment to her patients.
Based in Virginia Beach, Dr. Tilt specializes in cosmetic surgery of the breast and body, skin cancer treatment, and breast reconstruction. Whether she’s helping someone regain confidence through aesthetic surgery or walking with a patient through cancer recovery, her care is deeply personal and thoughtful from start to finish.

A Harvard graduate with a degree in History of Science, Dr. Tilt earned her medical degree with honors from the University of Virginia, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then completed six years of intensive plastic surgery training at Georgetown University Hospital, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.
As a female surgeon and mother of two, Dr. Tilt brings a unique understanding to women seeking breast and body procedures, and she’s passionate about helping every patient feel at ease, informed, and confident every step of the way.
