As the new business year begins, it’s a valuable opportunity to reflect on the past twelve
months—counting our blessings and identifying areas where we can improve. Over the course of
2024, Legacy Care grew stronger, became more agile, and saw measurable improvements in
patient outcomes—all thanks to the dedicated efforts of our hardworking employees,
management team, and exceptional care providers.
As a result of a comprehensive year end 2023 evaluation, Legacy Care made significant
upgrades to three core business systems, achieved numerous strategic goals, and met several
operational objectives in 2024. We greatly appreciate the commitment and collaboration
demonstrated by our partners in care and our client leadership teams. Without their
professionalism and commitment Legacy Care could not have been as successful in 2024.
As 2025 begins, we will continue to enhance both internal and external communications and
refine key business processes. As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) practice group, we
remain focused on improving our care delivery performance across all measured categories,
striving to exceed ACO standards whenever possible.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the prospects for future success. We firmly believe that
together—with our employees, providers, vendors, partners, and clients—we can deliver superior
patient outcomes, operational excellence, and take pride in both what we do and why we do it.
