What is Yin?
Yin yoga is a style of yoga that includes specific passive poses (called yin poses) that are held for an extended time, usually 3 to 10 minutes. These poses help relieve the stress in joints which yields a totally relaxed and open result. Suitable for all types....athletes, injuries, stressful lifestyles, etc.
