-I love learning about my faith, law of attraction and manifestation

In this time of grief ☁️
Never under estimate the power of a kind word or hug ♥️

My dad aka pap was only in the hospital for 5 days before he passed. It has been a roller coaster of emotions and I wanted to share the things that have helped me SO much to have some comfort. ♥️

-- make sure the are hydrated and eating at least some healthy options. I was surprised some days how long I would go without eating 😬

- Make sure they are getting rest. You can run on stress and adrenaline for a bit but the crash hits hard and then you feel exhausted 🥱

- Make sure they are taking their prescriptions

- Keep space available for them to express their grief which may be days,weeks ,months

- Babies and loving dogs are a welcome burst of joy !! 🐶👶

-maybe you want a hug but maybe you don’t 🤷🏼‍♀️ set a boundary and let people know
